Why we started AB Care Services
AB Care Services was founded because we saw families struggling to find care they could trust. Not care that was just adequate – care that was genuinely good. Care where the phone gets answered, where carers actually know the person they’re looking after, and where families aren’t left guessing whether their loved one is okay.
We’re based in Abbey Wood because this is our community. We live here. We know the streets, the GP surgeries, the community centres. We built AB Care Services to serve the families around us – with the kind of care we’d want for our own parents.
Meet the Team
Registered Manager
Brooklyn brings experience in mental health support and a deep commitment to person-centred care. As our Registered Manager, she oversees every care plan, supervises every carer, and is personally accountable for the quality and safety of our service. She is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Clinical Nurse
Our registered nurse provides clinical oversight across AB Care Services. Every care plan is reviewed for clinical accuracy. Every medication regime is checked. Every complex care case has a qualified nurse involved in the planning. This is what sets AB Care apart from other local providers.
Founder
Aaron founded AB Care Services to build a care company that puts families first. His background in commercial strategy and technology drives AB Care’s commitment to transparency – the family app, the published pricing, the two-hour callback promise. He believes that if you wouldn’t accept it for your own family, you shouldn’t accept it for anyone else’s.
Nurse-led care plan oversight
Every care plan at AB Care Services is reviewed by a registered nurse before care begins and at every formal review. This means your loved one’s medications are correctly recorded, health conditions are properly accounted for, and the care plan reflects current clinical best practice. Most independent domiciliary care providers in our area don’t have a nurse on their team. We do.
